I was so surprise, because I have been wearing Clarks for several years and I realize that the brand is known for its durability. I called your customer service department. I have been talking to your representatives. The service that they provided was beyond excellent which I would call it the most pleasant conversation I have ever experienced. I really enjoy being helped by your staff. They are just the greatest asset of your company. I have been buying my shoes thru other online shoe companies for several years.
