Being a regular online shopper, I was kind of expecting that half hearted assistance I am so used to with other stores. I have been very impressed with every aspect of Zappos.com and will certainly be a regular from now on. The website is easy to navigate, the customer service guy was top notch, and I also love the greeting on the phone line.
