This would have been my first order with Zappos (I'm not really a shoe person), but you didn't have the shoe I wanted in my size. She stuck with me, said it was corporate policy to find the shoe somewhere else if possible, and that it was also corporate policy to not set a time limit on calls, so the search went on until she found the shoe (on sale, no less!) at the Easy Spirit web site!
