I just wanted to respond to e-mail and say thank you so much for the shipping upgrade!!! I didn't realize I was getting a shipping upgrade until this morning when I logged in to get the tracking number for my order and I wanted to order another pair of shoes. I thought to myself, "Hey wait! I'm not supposed to receive my shoes until sometime next week!”, but it is so wonderful to receive them sooner. I ordered them around 9pm or 45 after 9 and I'm in Atlanta, GA. I just love Zappos.com so much! I've been shopping with you all for about 2 yrs. now and you all never disappoint me. You all are very prompt in crediting a return. Zappos.com took a pair of shoes back that I had worn - which were very
uncomfortable - without any problem. Although the brands I like are never on sale, it's no problem because I don't have to worry about calling different stores to find the shoe & size I need or want or driving there. I just point, click, and send and my shoes are on my doorstep the next day. You all put a much needed smile on my face today. P.S. My new shoes are very cute and comfortable. Best wishes!!!
