I just want to thank you for your outstanding service and product quality. It absolutely amazes me. Within the last week or so, I ordered two pair of shoes to help with my Plantar Fasciitis. After receiving the first pair, which were expedited to overnight delivery free of cost, I liked them so much I ordered another style of the same brand and had those upgraded to overnight delivery also. I have in the past also needed to exchange a pair of shoes and that was handled efficiently and at no cost to me. I really see no reason to buy shoes from any other source. You have great products at fair prices and the service is superb. This is exactly how online purchasing should be from all merchants; sadly it isn't. I recommend Zappos.com to everyone I meet.
