I ordered my shoes on Wednesday and Thursday I was wearing them!!! The service at Zappos was outstanding! The shoes just put a smile on my face every time I look down at them. I wore them to meet a friend for lunch. At the restaurant a woman noticed them and asked where I got them. She immediately (from her palm) contacted Zappos and ordered a pair. She was leaving for a cruise 3 days later and "just had to have them." I have never ordered shoes online before, but with service like this from Zappos, I will be a loyal customer.
