Zappos delivers on quality. I received a replacement shoe after one year because I told Zappos that the identical shoes were too uncomfortable to wear, and they made good on their guarantee and sent me a replacement pair. Though they were the same shoe and the same size, the next pair was comfortable. Thank you Zappos for your excellent customer service. Keep up the good work.
