Hi Zappos, I am having printer problems and payday is not until Wednesday so I will try to send back my purchase next weekend. Meanwhile, I want to compliment your company and your telephone staff. Whenever I have called Zappos I do not feel zapped or trained at the end of the conversation as with some other companies.
