I would like to shower some praise on one of your associates! I returned the shoes using your packaging and UPS label. I received the email confirming receipt of the shipment and credits that would be applied, so all that is GREAT. Today I received a package from Zappos and inside was my cordless home telephone! I apparently accidentally placed it in the box and a thoughtful, honest, kind person at Zappos returned it to me promptly! I am extremely appreciative of your associate's thoughtfulness and the fact that they kept track of the phone and associated it with my customer address.
