Dear Zappos, At a recent work event, someone asked the ice breaker, “What product do you believe in so much that you could sell it?” My answer, Zappos. I am convinced that I have single-handedly brought your company dozens of new customers because I have pitched your service and selection to women everywhere (especially with difficult sizes!). I cannot express my sincere thanks for the exceptional quality of service and the selection of shoes. Every contact with each sales representative has been exceptional- you have seriously made a great difference my world.
