Just got to let you know -- LOVE, LOVE, LOVE shopping shoes with Zappos; thanks so much for upgrading shipping on several of my orders and thanks for making the returns so easy. It is so time consuming and frustrating to shop for shoes in department stores -- the selection is usually terrible and they never have my size in stock, not to mention getting a salesperson to help you out. It is so easy and nice to shop a great selection with Zappos online and then be able to have them delivered to my front door and give them a try them at home for a while.
