 |  |  | I just wanted to let Zappos know how wonderful you guys are. I ordered my wedding shoes from you the week of my wedding and they were too big. It was Wed. night at 10pm when I discovered I needed to order a smaller pair. I called late at night and I was not charged for the shoes again. I only need to eturnthe others within 5 days. I was like what? I was worried I would not have my shoes for Saturday,but guess what! They were at my house on Thursday! How did that happen? I married on Oct. 11th. I wanted to say thank you for a hassle free return, and I thank you for the best customer service I have ever seen. I never forget good service. That was my first time ordering from you. I am a customer for life, the shoes were high quality and beautiful! I started a business a year ago and I hold customer service top priority. I hate poor customer service. ZAPPOS I love you.
