I ordered some shoes for my daughter for Christmas. I mistakenly ordered tan, I should have ordered brown. I called when the shoes arrived, explained my mistake and instantly the service rep ordered the correct shoe, and made the exchange. I was able to print a mailing label online and returned the wrong shoes. The correct ones arrived within two days. Overall the buying experience with Zappos is top rate.
