Two days ago I logged on to find a pair of shoes to wear and I found just the perfect pair. I put them in my cart, then proceeded to check out. Once I got my confirmation I realized that the order was going to my office and not home, so I called customer service to request a shipping change. The customer service I received was something I rarely experience. This gentleman was professional, friendly, took care of my request, and THEN welcomed me back as a customer (I hadn’t purchased since Dec. '07) and then gave me overnight shipping as a welcome back gift. I was floored! Needless to say, the shoes arrived the next day and they are perfect. As I opened the box, my television was on and who did I see on Oprah, but the CEO of your company. What he spoke of in regards to how they wish their customers to be treated was exactly the treatment I received. I felt special by the way you treated me and now I feel VERY loyal. Good job! Paula R.
