I am a 26 year old college graduate with a degree in Travel Tourism Management. Currently I am a Spa Operations Manager at a Casino in Atlantic City. I started off as a Front Desk Agent and continued to work as hard as I can to work my way up. As much as I enjoy what I do, it is still not my dream job (as I am not traveling or touring much at all). I am very passionate about customer service and my biggest pet peeve working in hospitality is employees who don't want to be there... how can you be hospitable if you don't even want to be there? Anyway, your company’s philosophy was so great: working hard and in turn playing hard in a comfortable casual atmosphere. It sounds like a fantastic place to work!
