 |  | I've been meaning to send you a note for at least a year now... and was triggered to do so today after receiving an email from Zappos on your scheduled appearance on Oprah. I just want to say "thanks" and congratulate you on your business! I discovered Zappos a couple of years ago and shortly thereafter me, my wife, and now two young children purchase nearly all of our shoes through Zappos.com. What impresses me most is your customer service, convenience, and huge selection. Customer service is such a high priority for me (and I'm willing to pay more for it) and sadly it's something most businesses fail to realize. Whether it's your phone operators or on-line options, I've always been treated very well. One other note... Zappos is a company that seems to "get it right" when it comes to branding/imaging. As someone that has "imaging" as part of my responsibility, I'm always looking at how successful companies do "things" and learn from it.
