I ordered a pair of shoes from Zappos and they were the wrong size. This is why I do not order by mail. I called to return them; however, and talked with one of your customer service reps. He was so friendly and accommodating, I will be shopping at Zappos many more times in the future. I was very impressed by his customer service and friendly attitude that he made me want to shop only at Zappos. Thank you.
