Dear Zappos: I normally do not e-mail companies, but I am in this case. I am e-mailing you to say thank you. I have ordered from you guys many times and have always been amazed at how quickly you fill and ship my orders. Your service and personnel are wonderful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about a number of retailers. In this day and age of layoffs, corporate meltdowns, and rude employees who obviously do not want to work, it is nice to know you can still get excellent service somewhere.
