I work for the #1 electronics retailer in the world and if we could bring this customer service principal to our 1000+ stores we'd be golden, but this is what makes you Zappos, I suppose. I don't need to go into detail with what happened, just know that Zappos is going far. I'm speechless as to how I got treated…seriously, it's hard to fathom. Anyway, keep up the good work.
