Thanks a lot for the reply and time again Zappos proved me that it’s the most user friendly site available! It’s hard to find such an empathetic folks all working for a website! Way to go Zappos! I wish all the success. I would not mind buying other line of products also from this website other than just shoes, etc. I hope some day you folks will get in to other products also.
Now regarding my rock climbing shoes, I would probably like to take the refund credit back to my purchasing credit card as I may not be able to wait long for the arrival of size 12. So, please send me across the return shipping label via email and I will return the shoe promptly.
