Thanks! I am you biggest fan. I talk you up to anyone who will listen. My son, daughter, niece, all my female colleagues and girlfriends shop with you, and half of my guy friends. You guys are great. I'm not allowed to do product endorsement, because I am a journalist, and I work for CBS News. (I anchor the news for KCBS all news radio in San Francisco) But...rest assured, even without officially "endorsing" Zappos...I have mentioned what a fabulous company you are, on the air, many times. Every so often, I'll be conducting a live, on-air interview...discussing some retailer's online struggles...and I always make a point of mentioning... that all they have to do is follow Zapposs model in customer service, and their problems would be over.
