I actually tried to order these from another retailer online because they were cheaper with "free shipping" but the promo code wouldn't go through (after trying 3 times) and the order kept coming up with standard shipping at $7.95. When I tried to call customer service I was on hold long enough to know I didn't want to be there so I sent them an email that I was returning to Zappos. Because I haven't been able to buy shoes lately I'd forgotten what a pleasure it is to deal with your company. You always have exceptional selection which is easily accessed, a user friendly website, and fantastic customer service. I've always been a fan but now you have a
