 |  | I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU!!! Yesterday I placed an order for some Kenneth Cole sandals that I could not find in my size anywhere else...then I found them on Zappos. It was my first order with you...and you shipped the shoes overnight at no additional cost to me!! This is the best customer service I have seen in a very long time (and I shop online A LOT!) I will START my online shopping @ Zappos...every time. I know most people only send messages when they are displeased...I believe in the opposite.
