Hi, first of all, let me thank you for your outstanding customer service! It was truly a pleasure to speak with your representative. She was very sweet. Second, I think it's FANTASTIC that you closed down to have an appreciation party for your employees. And third, the real reason for my email, I've decided that I want to keep this pair of shoes after all. I only wanted to return them because I have wide, fat feet and the strap just wasn't quite long enough to reach over my foot. However, I have acquired some Velcro strips to extend the straps and now they fit perfectly! I can wear these to work and Shape Up all day long while still being compliant with our dress code, and I also have the sneakers to wear outside of work for some real exercise! Thank you so much for everything! :) I love my Shape Ups! And I look forward to doing business with you again! :)
