I recently ordered shoes from you and they were not the best fit. I called to sort out the exchange. Being a regular online shopper, I was kind of expecting that half hearted assistance I am so used to with other stores. I have been very impressed with every aspect of Zappos.com and will certainly be a regular from now on. The website is easy to navigate, the customer service guy was top notch, and I also love the greeting on the phone line. I am so sick of hearing, "Please listen to all menu prompts as some have recently changed" from other places. I'm hooked on Zappos. I will be around for awhile.
