 |  |  | Dear Zappos Friends, Today has confirmed for me that Zappos is far and away the best online shoe source and has also spoiled me rotten! Although I have experienced your great selection, quick service, and easy returns in the past, when my hair stylist recommended another website, I figured I would give them a try. I placed an order online on April 2nd. On April 8th, I checked my order status online and it was still "in process". I decided to call their customer service to confirm whether or not my shoes had shipped yet. After waiting for 10 minutes to speak to someone, I was told my shoes were indeed still in process and had not shipped. I politely cancelled my order and immediately went online to Zappos. So on April 8th I placed an order from Zappos for the exact same pair of shoes I was going to order from the other website as well as another pair that I wanted. Well friends, today is April 9th and I am sitting at my computer April 11 typing this note to you with my new shoes on my feet! See how you have spoiled me?
