Thank you for the exceptional service! I have purchased from you for years and did so again this week - needing some athletic shoes I ordered on Tuesday hoping to have them before my trip next week. You sent them the same day and they arrived the next - and for no additional cost-excellent. But more than that - over the years I have only had to return a couple of items and the return was made painless by the inclosed packing slip and ability to take to a UPS store; then the credit was made to my account quickly, unlike another company I made the mistake of trying - it took 6 weeks to get the credit on my account and
the product was defective. I have only received quality products from Zappos and am just so excited to find a company that actually knows what customer service really is and does it! I recommend you all the time to friends and family; I have a narrow foot and can not find a local shoe store that carries narrows, so I must buy online, Zappos offers more options than anyone.
