 |  | Dear Zappos Customer Service, I cannot get over the quality of service I receive from your organization. The product costs a bit more, but the service and the variety is worth it. Before I discovered Zappos, I was so limited as I wear a 4 1/2 WW, but now I have some choices. Not lots, but a lot more than I had before. Recently I needed some work boots and I needed them STAT. I ordered them Monday at 2:00 pm your time, which is after the 1:00 pm cut off for overnighting shoes. They went out around 1 something am and they arrived on Tuesday at 9:00 am and I was able to take a pair on my trip. Thank you, Nancy |  | ~ Nancy, August 20 2008
