I have used Zappos for myself and liked the site and service. But I am easy to fit. My husband is just the opposite. He varies from shoe to shoe from an 8 to a usual 8.5, Wide to 3E. His job requires him to stand 12 hrs a day and he has had shoes from low end up to $250, disregarded after 2 days of use. We were going to stores as far as 50 miles only to discover they did not carry the shoes he was interested in in his size. Now with Zappos, he is on his second pair of Hush Puppies and picking out more. The free shipping both ways and UPS shipping makes life very simple. Although each purchase usually takes 3 tries or more, Zappos has never lost their patience, understanding, or respect - even when I did! You guys are wonderful and we both thank you very much. We are customers for life!!
