I just wanted to say, Zappos is the absolute best online store I have ever seen. I have placed orders with you in the past and had to exchange a pair of shoes because they didn't fit. I received excellent service then and figured it was a one time thing to keep the business coming. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. After ordering two pairs of shoes now and having to exchange them again, the staff is still wonderful and so extremely helpful. I just needed to write and say a huge "THANK YOU" for everything.
