Dear Zappos: I am thrilled to death on my first order/experience with you. I ordered a pair of shoes yesterday about 11am West Coast time and they arrived on my front porch in less than 24 hours. This was even though the invoice stated, “Standard Shipping” (3-5 days) at no charge. I did not pay extra for express shipping.
