I originally purchased the shoe through another source. When I got them home I found a flaw. The company searched their other stores and couldn't find my size. I didn't get a refund instead received store credit. Bummer! I thought of Zappos since I ordered a pair of boots site unseen and size questionable. Lucked out. But since I had the 411 on the Reikers, I looked the shoes up on your web site. Low and behold there were my shoes! The price was right, in fact, cheaper, and I got free shipping! Then I received an email that I'll be upgraded to FEDEX!!! I shared my experience with my secretary. She stated that your company is both unique and cool. (CEO is with the little people in a cubicle among other non traditional work/business ethics.) Sorry to divert, back to the shoes...love them! Brand new, hermetically sealed, no flaws, finger/dirt prints, etc. I am a happy camper with my Reikers.
