 |  |  | I just wanted to let you know that our first Zappos experience was wonderful! We were in search of the perfect pair of prom shoes and found exactly what we had scoured the shoe stores for in less than 5 minutes. The first pair was a little too small so we had to send them back and exchange them for a bigger size.
