Not only does your website offer the shoes that I'm looking for at great discounts, but you upgraded my shipping method from standard to overnight at no charge AFTER I placed my order. Obviously, this was unexpected and unnecessary and for this reason I believe you have outstanding customer service. I never write letters like this, but I was so taken aback by the effort Zappos.com puts forth to satisfy their customers that I felt compelled to express my gratitude.
