Zappos Customer Service: I just want to say that I have been a customer for a little while now purchasing my running shoes with you. And although I just placed my order yesterday, I know that with your consistency, they will arrive when you say they will (1 day shipping = today!). However, I ventured out onto another website a few weeks ago to purchase my shoes at a lower price and they indicated I would receive them between April 1-4, I never got them. I also never got a notice that they were out of stock or delayed. I sent them an email yesterday and canceled my order with them and notified them that I was going back to Zappos.com who I know will send me my shoes on time. I also indicated the importance of on-time delivery because I am using these shoes to train for a marathon. They responded that if I want to spend more money, I can go to Zappos... at which point, I notified them that my knees are worth the extra money... and to me, so is good customer service.
