Thank you so much for upgrading my shipping. I recommend Zappos to everyone. You are the easiest people to deal with and the most pleasant by far. I just shopped in your store on Monday and bought 2 pr shoes there and my hubby bought a pair as well. Everyone in that store employed by you could not have been more pleasant or helpful. I take meds that make my mouth very dry. We were on our way to have dinner when we decided to stop and come in Zappos. As we were leaving, I told my hubby that my mouth was so dry. He said he'd go in and check to see if they had a vending machine. One of your employees was getting off work when she came outside, my hubby asked if there was a vending machine inside where we could get something to drink. She said yes, there is. I'll go get it for you, what would you like. My husband offered her money and she said no, I'll be back. She came out with 2 cold drinks for us and told us they were free, no charge, that they came from the employees lounge and were free to them so they were free to us. She said thanks for shopping with us, smiled, and away she went. Now, first of all, this is unheard of! But not only were we given a free drink, this lady took her own time to go and get these for us. At a time I am sure she was more than ready to get home after her day’s work. Believe me, you have some dedicated employees there. I have heard other workers there at other times I have visited talk of what a wonderful place Zappos is to work. Evidently, the good vibes you give your employees rubs off and in turn they pass them on to your customers. Each and every transaction I have had with your company has been a most pleasant and positive one. Thank you, Zappos, for being a company who CARES. Sincerely,
