I just wanted to thank you again for your service. For instance, I received this item today and wondered… if a smaller size would fit me better. No Problem!!! You sent me a smaller one, not charging me again, but instead, trusting me, that I will return the one, that fits less good! I know of NO other place that would do this, none. It is fun to shop with you (if you have the change to do so).
