I am a new customer and ordered a pair of Donald Pliner shoes LAST night and received them TODAY without paying any shipping!!! I have never had that kind of first class treatment without paying huge fees for overnight!!! How you do it, I don’t know, but that kind of service will definitely make me a Zappos customer for life! I am calling my mother today and telling her about your company! She loves shoes as much as I do! I have worked at a high end dept. store for many years, and believe me, YOU and your staff outdo them in selection and service!!! By the way, the shoes are FABULOUS and just what I needed for work!
