Placed my order late yesterday afternoon. Paid for standard shipping- expecting the typical "4 to 5 business days" thing. Received my cute shoes THIS MORNING, at no additional cost. That, my friend, is what I call responsive customer service. Not to mention the ease with which customers may make returns, receive full refunds, etc. This is not the first order I have placed with you guys, nor will it be the last. Keep up the stellar work.
