You responded within a couple of hours with my order confirmation and even upgraded me to priority shipping at no extra charge. As a result I received my order the very next day (less than 24 hrs from my online order). I was very happy with my purchase, but had I not been, you included instructions for a prompt return if I were at all not pleased.
