I have a friend who works for you...When she first told me about her employment with you; I wasn't familiar with Zappos at all, until she encouraged me to check it out and gave me a 20% coupon. Much time had passed and I still hadn't fully surfed your site until one day, I devoted my evening to it. After that night, I have been hooked on you guys since!! I LOVE your website and how beautifully crafted it is for the customer. My favorite part is how you have "multiple views" of each shoe. I have purchased several pairs of shoes from you and have spread my excitement like wildfire to all the women I know. Since then, my sister, my aunt, my cousins, and a few of my friends have all bought from Zappos! It's so COOL! Even my little sister just got her 1st prom shoes from you. We all get very giddy when your box arrives b/c it's such a fun-looking box to be the recipient of. I had a minor problem with a pair of sandals and when I called, not only did they fix it for me, but they upgraded me too! Seriously, hands-down, aside from your website, your staff of customer service representatives are STELLAR! I look forward to each one that picks up the phone when I have a question b/c I don't feel like they're "obligated" to talk to me. Instead, they treat you like a buddy and they're extremely courteous and friendly. I actually spoke with one of your reps for over 15 minutes b/c we both realized that we had a commonality about where I lived- she had relatives in my city! It was really neat. Another thing I wanted to applaud you on was that you extended even out to running!! I'm a runner and I just stumbled upon your other website and I couldn't get my jaw off the floor! How exciting that I can purchase MORE stuff from you! I check your website at least 5 times a week. My future husband is so gonna go bankrupt due to my loyalty to you...hahaha! I just HAD TO WRITE you and commend you on revolutionizing the internet sales industry. Your style is not of a cookie-cutter kind and because of that- customers like me adore you. Many KUDOS to you, Zappos! I will continue to ignite the excitement of you guys to everyone I know. Your "Nightline" video was so touching and it really exemplifies WHY Zappos is so extraordinary. I wish you the utmost success and may you be around for many more years to come.
