We were crunched for time, but the 4-5 days worked okay. I received an email that you had upgraded my shipping at no additional cost to me. WOW! - isn't this the way business should be run, but almost never is anymore?! I was amazed to see the UPS man at my office the next morning with the sneakers! Exactly what I had ordered, packaged nicely, and delivered far more quickly than I had expected.
