This is a note to inform you how wonderful your staff is. We buy from other companies and they might have one or two exceptional people to talk to. The staff of your company is all exceptional and a real pleasure to speak and deal with. They are very patient and understanding since I am a little hard of hearing, especially on the phone and even though they might have to repeat a few times, they never sound as though they wish I got off the phone. If I had to rate them 1-10, with 10 being the best, I would rate them with a 20. I don't know what else to say except to say keep every one of them on your payroll.
