I wish every company understood customer service like you do! I consistently appreciate your emphasis on doing a little extra for customers. That's why I'll always be a Zappos customer - and I tell everyone who tries to buy shoes at shoe warehouses that have lots of styles, but only a few sizes of each shoe (and somehow never the size you are looking for!) that they are crazy not to shop from home, peruse thousands of shoes organized to make shopping for any particular size or style easy, and have them delivered and returned at no cost!
