Zappos, You are ridiculous!
Do you realize what you are doing?? I'm in IT, and I deal with vendors, hold times, shipping fees, returns, and mean people all day long. Your customer service is so amazing; I get spoiled and feel like I should expect A+ service.
I still think ordering shoes and receiving them with free shipping in two days (or less) is the coolest thing that happens to me.
