I know that *most* people only take the time to write CS when they have a problem or complaint, but...I'm so thrilled with my recent order, I just had to say “Awesome job, Zappos!” I have such a hard time finding cute, stylish shoes for my wide foot, and my mom told me about you. I purchased several pairs of shoes from you once before, but when they came, they just weren't what I had in mind and I was unhappy with them.
