As a new customer, I am extremely impressed with your customer service practices. I am often amazed by how companies fail to understand the link between a positive customer experience and the customer's future purchases with that business. Personally, this has a stronger impact on which companies I choose to do business with than the few dollars difference that often separates a product's price at two websites.
