If you don't mind, I will share a quick story with you... my father-n-law wanted me to order a pair of boots for his girlfriend thru another website. I did what he asked, even though I told him I'd rather go thru Zappos.com and save him some money! Long story short, the other website was unable to complete my order in the time that I needed it due to a backorder on the same pair of boots that I got from ya'll immediately! Needless to say, I emailed the other company and told them to cancel my order all together and I Will Not be ordering from them again. I also made it a point to tell them that I have a reliable website that gets me the product that I need, On Time!
