Dear Sirs and/or Madam, I placed an order online Thursday night about 7 pm e.s.t. I had even called that evening to talk with one of your customer service people, I can't remember the gentleman’s name, but he was great, polite, answered all my questions, and was very patient with me, but imagine my surprise when the shoes I ordered for my daughter arrived the following day. My daughter called me at work to happily announce that they had arrived. I couldn’t believe less than 24 hours. How it happened, I am not sure, but thank you, thank you, thank you. I ordered a Nike’s softball cleat and in the words of my 16 year old daughter, "They are sweet." Zappos will definitely be on my list of favorites for other needs.
