Dear Zappos, I wanted to write you a note to express my sincere appreciation and amazement for your customer service. I have worked in sales virtually my whole career and deal with customer service issues on a daily basis, but I must say I have never experienced a level of service that is anywhere close to what you provide at Zappos. I placed my order at 9:31 last evening and these shoes were on my doorstep at 10:30 this morning... and without even choosing express shipping! You guys are simply the best I've ever seen.
